The Japan Cup

I write this sitting in the Japan Airlines lounge, getting ready to embark on what has become TVG’s annual trip to cover the Japan Cup. Although I look forward to our yearly sojourn, the thought of spending the next 12hrs at 39,000ft with recycled air blasting through the aircraft is less than appealing. Those thoughts soon disappear, when I realize what is in store when the field goes to post on Saturday night for the 31st
